I moved from England seven years ago, and this is my fourth year at Kent. I used to live in an Oast House in England and frequented many gastro-pubs when I was young. Because of this, I love to cook and eat similar foods with my family, especially on Sundays for our family traditions (Our Sunday Roast). I like to read and write about food, and love to think up new recipes with my brother and my mom. I decided to take this course because not only was I interested in reading and writing about food, but also because I would like to expand on my knowledge and interest in the kitchen. I'm especially looking forward to sharing and learning new recipes so that I can try them out at home.
