My name is Katie and I am from Annapolis, MD. I live at home with my parents and two sisters. Food has always been a big part of my family and our traditions. I spent my summer working at a French restaurant, and as a result the preparation of food became even more interesting to me. I am looking forward to spending this term improving my knowledge of food and my ability to write about it.
